Ms. Cromwell begins her work with clients by developing a mutual understanding of what it is they hope to achieve in the end.  She works collaboratively with clients to ensure the net result of their work contributes to the organization's bottom-line success. Towards this end, she makes use of 360-degree feedback and other instruments to ensure results are fact-based.

Cromwell Consulting will:

	Work with clients to identify what issues or question they are trying to solve
	Scope out timeline and sources of information that will provide insight
	Design a process that engages key stakeholders as necessary
	Conduct research (e.g., interviews, focus groups, benchmarking, surveys)
	Provide findings to client & strategize about next steps
	Develop a road map and measurements for implementation
