- Developed and implemented a 360-degree feedback instrument designed
to allow participants to receive performance and developmental feedback
for staff from their peers, direct reports, managers and external customers.
- Facilitated a working partnership agreement between agencies who share
a purpose and a source of common funding.
- Designed and implemented a learning needs assessment, assisting an
organization to invest in providing resources in the capacity-building
areas most needed by the client.
- Developed and facilitated a leadership curriculum for a 400-person
technology firm
- Created and administered an employee survey, tied to the organization's
mission and goals, for a department of 200.
- Provided ongoing leadership development facilitation and one-on-one
coaching to senior executives at a Fortune 100 company over the course
of four years.
- Conducted long-term monthly consultative meetings with senior executives
regarding their approach to people and global diversity & inclusion
strategies.
