Ms.
Cromwell holds a B.A. in English and Communications from Denison University,
and an M.A. in English with a concentration in Black Women's Literature
from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. As
a nationally recognized public speaker, her comments about contemporary
workforce issues have been featured in Fortune Magazine, on Public Radio
International's "Marketplace," and on National Public Radio's "All Things
Considered."
Ms.
Cromwell serves on the Denison University Board of Trustees, and has previously
served as a member of the Board of Governors for the Human Rights Campaign.
