About Kim Cromwell



Kim Cromwell brings more than 18 years of innovative workplace leadership to her consulting practice, having served as director of BankBoston's award-winning workforce effectiveness and diversity efforts, senior vice president and director of corporate development at FleetBoston Financial, and US manager of diversity for Digital Equipment Corporation. 

Ms. Cromwell founded Cromwell Consulting in 1999.

Ms. Cromwell holds a B.A. in English and Communications from Denison University, and an M.A. in English with a concentration in Black Women's Literature from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  As a nationally recognized public speaker, her comments about contemporary workforce issues have been featured in Fortune Magazine, on Public Radio International's "Marketplace," and on National Public Radio's "All Things Considered."

Ms. Cromwell serves on the Denison University Board of Trustees, and has previously served as a member of the Board of Governors for the Human Rights Campaign.
